- From SMS to active insurance in a few steps.
The journey
The line is activated and an SMS from the carrier says the plan includes insurance. The link opens a page with the person's data already filled in for review.
They confirm they own the line, activate the insurance and see the confirmed coverage, with a path to the EXA Segurança app.
What mattered
Activating had to be easier than ignoring it. Data arrives pre-filled, and anyone who spots an error can fix it by chat or phone.
Opening a claim was specified too: through the insurer, with support from the TIM and EXA channels.
